This design brings to mind the brightly-colored clothes that hippies wore back in the 60's and 70's; mostly made using natural fabrics and materials, often made and dyed by themselves, as a means to reject the mainstream style and brands.
Hippies were members of a countercultural, anarchic, and nonviolent movement. For them, love was at the core of their philosophy; in fact, “peace” and “love” were their symbols, along with the colors of the rainbow symbolizing the joy of life.
Hippie is a fresh, multicolored design: different shapes and strokes in yellow, green, brown, purple, red, and orange suddenly interrupted by a wide dark stripe at the center of which abstract, white, blue, gray, purple and lilac shapes wave as in a dream within a dream.
